EPIZYM AGP COMPLETE is a complete, concentrated medium for producing high levels of nutritious marine algae and other phytoplankton used for feeding shrimp and other marine animals. It is a one-pack, liquid version of the Guillard’s f/2 medium with added cellular growth stimulants.

●   Dissolve EPIZYM-AGP COMPLETE concentrate in filtered seawater to prepare growth medium. To match the same nutrient content of Guillard’s f/2 medium use at a rate of 250 ml/metric ton water. Inoculate the prepared medium with the required strain or strains of marine algae or other phytoplankton. Incubate under usual conditions.
●   If the medium is to be used for diatoms, prepare a stock solution comprised of 40mg sodium meta-silicate nona-hydrate in 1 liter of filtered seawater. Add stock solution to the medium at a rate of 1 ml/liter.

Supplied in cases of 10 one liter plastic bottles.
